Restaurant Review - Connecticut

Louis’ Lunch, New Haven, CT

The birth of the hamburger sandwich

Who wouldn’t want to visit? I remember first having it, I LOVED every single bite of it. First I was excited because I love going to places where it s the first or the biggest or was on Food Network because of its awesomeness  but I loved going there because of how tasty their hamburger. I liked the idea of them serving it in toast rather than buns. You could really taste the meat. HMMM I wish I am in CT right now, I’d like one!  For you guys who are going to be around New Haven CT, it’s worth stopping by. or if you are just a spontaneous fella, it’s worth the drive! I'd like to post all the good things about a restaurant but no one’s perfect right? I just wish their place is a little bigger and wish that they open earlier. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays and open around 11 or 12 am. ( Who wouldn’t want a their burger for breakfast? I certainly would, especially on a long weekend)

Frank Pepe Pizzeria, New Haven, CT

Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana is one of the oldest and best-known pizzerias in the United States

I lived in CT for 4 years for college, of course I found some great spots in CT. I always find myself in New Haven. Frank Pepe was a big talk near Hamden/New Haven, partly because it’s probably the only thing CT has going! I’m half kidding, I love CT, it’s where I met the best group of friends. They are known for their white clam pizza, I don’t particularly like clams on my pizza but it was very tasty. The one other thing I like about Frank Pepe’s is  the price. It is not too expensive. A cheap college kid can definitely afford it. It’s affordable and tasty.
They were also on BUZZFEED as part of “The  6 Things You Need To Eat Right Now”.
