Slow-Cooked Honey Garlic Chicken with Bok Choy

Don't have time to cook after a long day at work? Try this recipe. This recipe is easy to prep and taste delicious.
















Ingredients: 
4 Chicken Thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup honey
5 gloves garlic (diced)
1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions: 
Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, honey,garlic and basil.
In a slow cooker, put chicken and sauce
Cook on low for 6 hrs

Preheat oven 350F
Bake for 20 min until the skin is crisp.
OR
Brown in a skillet pan before serving
Serve with you favorite vegetable and rice

Sautéed Bok Choy

Heat olive oil in a pan
add diced garlic and Bok Choy
cook until it is tender.
